Dear Merchant,

My name is (John Doe.) I am with the ultimate frisbee team at (Washington University), the (Contrabears). We are looking for local merchants that are involved in supporting their community. Your support will help fund our (uniforms, equipment and travel expenses to tournaments etc…) Our team plays in (2) leagues, and (6) tournaments per year.

The body of the letter should consist of some of these bullet points:

- Tell a little history of your team
- Practices/ Tournaments / Schedule of Events
- Tell if you host a tournament
- Describe team goals to potential supporter
- Tell how your team is also involved in the community
- Give them enough information to want to sponsor you
