3. Arrange payments for your jerseys; Check,
Visa, MasterCard or American Express.
4. Any changes
made to your order once submitted will be a
$20 charge.

Art/Graphic Design Charges : $45 per hour.
Sublimation is charged out separately and can
only be done on light colored jerseys.
Artwork:
· Artwork requirements are eps format, Adobe
Illustrator, Adobe Photo shop or any vector
art or camera ready format.
· All artwork must be emailed to team@wickidultimate.com
Taxes:
Taxes are applied to MO residents only. MO residents
add 7% sales tax. If your Institution is tax
exempt then please provide a copy of your tax
exempt status to Wickid Ultimate.
Minimums:
Wickid Ultimate has a twelve (12) piece minimum
on customized goods. Blank individual pieces
may be ordered at any time. Re-Orders are also
12 minimum. Less than minimum charge of $50
for less than 12 pieces.
Shipping:
All orders will be shipped UPS ground unless
otherwise mentioned. UPS next day, second day
and third day services are also available upon
request at customer expense.
Delivery Time:
Most standard orders are completed in 10-14
business days from you art approval. Please
let us know when placing your order if you need
them in hand sooner than the standard time.
Returns:
Items customized with numbers, names or logos
cannot be returned unless they are defective.
All claims for shortages, damages, etc. must
be make with Wickid Ultimate within 72 hours
of receipt of goods. If Wickid Ultimate commits
an error then we of course will make it right.
